The Muntu Room
Intimate and embracing, this room is a warm cocoon where time slows. With soft textures, ambient light, and a cozy en-suite layout, it offers a private space to unwind and settle into the rhythm of the coast.
The Art Studios
Step into our 3 distinct art studios, each thoughtfully designed and customizable to suit your creative vision throughout your residency. Whether painting, writing, designing or experimenting, the studios offer flexible layouts, good light, and room to adapt the environment to your process.
The Rooftop Bar Lounge
Perched above it all, with a view of the entire courtyard is our lounge that blends relaxed bar energy with a flexible co-working space. By day, a breezy setting to focus, connect, and create. By nightfall the space shifts into a social hub where conversations spark over a chilled cocktail.
Bi-weekly, we host our Signature UTU Friday event - a gathering of community, music and shared moments
